Lou Levy Construction is a middle size general contracting & design build firm specializing in residential and light commercial architectural alterations, additions, renovations, restorations & new construction.
We work throughout Southern New York in Westchester, Putnam & Southern Dutchess Counties, as well as Western Fairfield County in Connecticut.
We handle residential jobs from small repairs to kitchens, bathrooms, decks or miscellaneous alterations as well as architectural additions, alterations & renovations up to 6,000 square feet & commercial alterations up to 15,000 square feet.
Our Construction Experience
I am a contractor with 50 years experience as a carpenter and construction manager. I manage & supervise my jobs personally on a daily basis with a crew of my own carpenters.
Our Craftsmanship
We do all of our own framing, siding & woodwork with related top quality subcontractors in all of the other trades, both in New York & Connecticut. I maintain a high quality of craftsmanship, construction detailing, mechanical designing & engineering.
We incorporate many building details that we apply from framing through the building envelope & mechanicals , to guarantee a quality structure that will stand the test of time.
